私はずっと次の日に歌うことがあるときは
コンディションが崩れるのを恐れて、
お酒を飲むのを控えてきました。。。
ところが、ある時お酒をリラックスして楽しんだ翌日、
声の調子がとても良い状態にあることに気付きました。
それ以来、歌う前の日も少しだけお酒を飲むようにしています。
普段から、自分の声を守るために
様々な制限や自分なりのこだわりを持っていて、
たくさん無駄な努力もしていると思われますが、
このお酒のことは、難しいコンディション作りの中で
最近の新たな大発見です！
そう、やはりお酒は百薬の長でした！！
また、最近歌っていて、良く思う事があります。
もうそろそろ、、人生の半分は過ぎたかな、という年になって（笑）、、今後の私の演奏活動が、自分達のためだけではない活動へと拡げていく事が出来たなら、こんな素晴らしい事はないなぁ、と。
今回少なからず復興の力となっている“せんくら”の出演者の１人に加えていただいた事は私にとって、非常な喜びであり、その使命をしっかりと果たさなければ！
と、改めて気を引き締めているところです。
今年3回の出演、精一杯歌います！
