食の話に戻ってしまいますが…歌と食はなかなか切り離せないもので、ごめんなさい！
お酒は大好き、でも本番が近いと控えるようにしている内にあまり飲まなくなったので人生1/3くらい損をしているのかもしれません…味わうのは好きなので美味しいお料理との相性、雰囲気によって頂いたりたまに楽しんでいます。
夏はこのランブルスコなどの発泡ワインが飲みたくなり、イタリアではついついスーパーで大量に販売しているものを気軽に買ってしまい 、パルマで住み込み個人稽古をしている時に滞在していた場所の近くには、あまり手に入らないランブルスコの「オテロ」（赤）と「デズデモナ」（白）が出没する惣菜店がありましたので、ランブルスコなら価格も安くつい買って飲んでしまうことの多かった思い出のお酒です。このお酒炭酸で飲み口が良く、結構糖度があり歴史上の某有名オペラ歌手の大変な肥満は毎日飲んだせいとか…
東北は米どころ酒処ですね！移動をしていると立派な酒蔵もよく見かけます。毎日晩酌していらっしゃるのでしょうか。
今回はせんくら全ステージ終了後に東北の地酒と牛タンを頂けたら！と思います。食事のお楽しみがあると今からとてもハッピーです！
今年のせんくらも仙台の皆さんと有意義でクリエイティブな時間がもてますよう願うばかりです。
