リズム感を養う方法（竹内将也） ― 2014/08/11 09:27
リズムに対する感性を養うには、リズムをグループやかたち、全体での意味としてとらえる前に、中に含まれるひとつひとつの発音から、リズムそのものの息吹を感じることがとても大切に思います。
言葉にもリズムがあります。例えば「ティンパニ」という言葉を用いて説明しますと、ひとつの言葉「ティンパニ」をひとくくりの言葉としてとらえようとするのではなく、むしろ逆にその「くくり」から抜け出そうとする作業をします。
やりやすいのが、一文字ずつ順ぐりにずらしていく方法です。
まず、「ティンパニ」を繰り返して唱える。あせらず確実に。
次に「ニティンパ」を繰り返して唱える。
次に「パニティン」を繰り返して唱える。
次に「ンパニティ」を繰り返して唱える。
そして再び「ティンパニ」を唱えてみてください。
最初に唱えた時と違った感覚が現れませんか？
リズムの新しい感覚が浮かび上がります。ひとつひとつの発音もよりハッキリすると思います。
人間の脳は、普通「ティンパニ」を一つの言葉・名前として捉えているので、内在するリズムを隠してしまいます。一つの言葉としての「くくり」の方が支配的です。
リズムの息吹をよみがえらせるには、こうした人間の、「大抵は～」「普通は～」といった潜在意識から解き放たれる必要があります。私達の脳は相当自分の都合の良いように世界を見ています。とらえやすいように、細かいところを切り捨てています。
リズムは自然由来のもの。自然由来のリズムが、自然由来の響きを呼び、自然由来の歌を奏でます。そうなると自然に踊りたくなります。人間も自然由来ですから！
10月4日の公演では、このような自然由来のリズムで会場が響き渡ります。そこにベリーダンス堀内和子、フラメンコダンス吉田葵衣のダンサーお二人が花となって聴衆の皆様に美しい香りをふりまくことでしょう。お楽しみに！
